BeefHQ is a New Zealand farm management and market information app for beef and sheep farmers. It brings processor schedules, AI price forecasts, livestock records, task management, reporting and health & safety compliance tools together in one place, and works offline in the paddock.
In-app feedback form — The best way to reach us is the feedback form in the app: go to Profile & Settings → Feedback & Issues. Messages come straight through to us, and they include your account details so we can help faster.
Use the feedback form for support questions, bug reports, feature requests, billing problems, custom pricing for larger operations, and any privacy request under the Privacy Act 2020 (access, correction or deletion of your information).
Manage your subscription — Payments are handled by Stripe. You can update your payment method, switch plans, or cancel to stop future billing at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, linked on the Go Pro screen in the app.
We are a small New Zealand operation and aim to reply to support messages within a few working days. Privacy requests are responded to within 20 working days, as required by the Privacy Act 2020.
